Note: Install Theme and Plugin at version 3.1.9 first, then Import Template Demo and update Theme Options in this version. After Import Demo, update Theme Options let’s overwrite to latest version. After updating to a newer version than 3.1.9, it is not possible to import demo templates and update Theme Options. You need to do everything in version 3.1.9.
